The Tampa-born, Italy-trained chef cooked up S8's biggest meltdown, quitting in episode 7 and returning hours before the next charter, then drunkenly trashing James in episode 12. She returned for Season 9, reconciled with Eddie in episode 3 and kept the galley running through the season.

Chef Rachel publicly parted ways with Bravo in 2022 (after Season 10 had already been filmed) and hasn't returned to the franchise. She's still cooking on superyachts and shares galley life on Instagram.
