Rachel bonded with Elizabeth teaching her to iron Captain Lee's pants in ep 4, though she snapped at Elizabeth to 'suck it up' on a night out in ep 7. By the end Rachel had arranged a birthday cake for Elizabeth and was angry at how the crew celebrated her firing (ep 16).
