What went down
After the crew's day off in ep 10, Sandy took Rachel to dinner to hear her take on the interior. In ep 11 she enlisted Rachel's help with Fraser's team. In ep 12 the two talked on the sidelines of the volleyball game about being the only ones seeing 'the big picture', and in ep 13 Sandy called Rachel to the bridge for a private pep talk.
