⚓ Fired · Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5
Captain Glenn Cuts Deckhand Emma
What went down
After Gary raises his concerns, Glenn pulls Emma from her cabin and tells her, 'You're not showing the initiative that I would expect.' She tries to walk out mid-talk, then comes back and accepts it.
How it landed
Emma leaves the boat, and Season 4's Chase Lemacks replaces her in ep 9.
