What went down

In ep 7 Gary complains that his short-handed deck team is covering interior work after Kelsie is caught doing Gabriela's duties, and the two department heads end in a standoff. The bickering resumes in ep 8 over Kelsie serving coffee, until they make up with a hug on a cigarette break.
