🧭 Mentor · Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3
Daisy Makes Ashley Earn Her Stripes
What went down
Daisy denies Ashley the second stew job and makes her and Scarlett equal junior stews (eps 12-13). In ep 15 she pulls Ashley aside over complaining in front of guests. In ep 17 she puts Ashley in charge of the final dinner service to see if she's ready for a promotion.
How it landed
Ashley ran the final service. Daisy said she restructured the team to show 'we are a team.'
