What went down
Sandy's confidence in 'rustic chef' Kiko erodes over several charters, and she yells at him over a fried-food Vegas-themed dinner (ep 9). She lets him go after the charter, saying he lacked the skill set for the Wellington.

Kiko said the firing was premature but respected Sandy; he left before the tip meeting.
