Burn List Boils Over at the Waterfalls

What went down

Lexi resents Chef Mathew from the early charters, keeping a 'Burn List' of grievances (ep 4) and cursing him under her breath (ep 5). At a waterfall day off Mathew says Lexi should be fired (ep 12); that night the fight explodes, with Lexi using a slur, telling him he 'should've been aborted' and threatening to hit him, and Mathew attacking her parents.

How it landed

Sandy fired Lexi in ep 13 and warned Mathew never to issue ultimatums again. Lexi skipped the reunion.
