🧭 Mentor · Below Deck Down Under Season 4
From Honey Pot to Proud Chef
What went down
After the pet-name truce (ep 10) Ben backed Ellie through the soap-in-the-eggs mishap (ep 11) and asked Captain Jason to promote her to sous chef (ep 17), which the captain declined.
How it landed
Ben paid out the honey pot and gave her his knife in the finale; post-season she says she sees him almost like a brother.
