What went down

Aesha protected Margot through the ep 6-7 crisis and taught her table-setting skills (ep 10) before giving her a first shot at service and nights in ep 13. She gave Margot the final charter on service (eps 16-18), even though it upset Jaimee, and praised her as a 'wonderful service butterfly.'

How it landed

Margot left with a job offer from Captain Jason.
