Jason Chambers

The lowdown

The hands-on Aussie skipper who does his own laundry rounds, irons his own shirts and hands out a mirrorball 'disco helmet' to whoever most needs to improve. In S1 he fired his chef and third stew and kept a feuding deck team together; in S2 he made three firings in one season while keeping his trademark calm.
