Captain Lee's Tough-Love Bosun School

What went down

Captain Lee kept a close eye on newly promoted Kelley, criticising dirty windows, a botched anchor drill (ep 6) and a near-miss with the tender (ep 7). After the Dean beach debacle (ep 12) he moved some of Kelley's authority to Nico.

How it landed

Kelley said he 'learned a lot' and kept in touch with Captain Lee.
