Rainbeau de Roos
📍 The world (Dutch-American globetrotter)
The lowdown
Fraser's hyper-diligent second stew carried far more than her share of the work and waged a season-long war with green stew Solène. She ended up as the interior's MVP, Anthony's galley confidante, and ready to be a chief stew herself.

📍 Where are they now?
Rainbeau said she was 'more ready than I've ever been' to run an interior, and she's back as second stew under Fraser for Below Deck Season 13. Between charters she splits her time between New York and Miami.
