The Kiwi chef's first Below Deck season was one long sparring match with Kate, from label makers in episode 1 to a bungled penis-cake dessert and a kick of sand at the full moon party in the finale. He also tangled with Rhylee over paleo food and left Thailand without saying goodbye to Kate.

Chef Kevin took his knives to Japan to train under a local chef, then launched a cooking website and YouTube channel called 'Small Town Cook' before heading back home to New Zealand, where he keeps a much lower profile these days.
