The lowdown
A certified yacht master hired as a stew, Izzy swapped the pantry for the deck in episode 3 and was promoted to lead deckhand by Eddie in episode 14. She bonded with Elizabeth over Francesca's management but later told Francesca about the guest-cabin incident, and finished the season fending off Rob's passive-aggression.
