A passionate French chef whose S11 dinners ran hours late until Captain Kerry fired him in ep 12. Rehired at Fraser's suggestion in S12 when Chef Lawrence quit, he confronted Fraser over the S11 firing, made peace, and closed the season with a showstopping fire-and-ice dinner.

Fired in Season 11 and rehired in Season 12, Chef Anthony left St. David feeling triumphant ('I killed it') and back on good terms with Fraser. He's been working as a temp charter chef on Hugo Ortega's 102-foot yacht near Miami.
