What went down

Lewis saw Kyle as his most experienced deckhand and wanted to make him lead deckhand, telling him the job was 'his to lose' if he behaved more professionally. In ep 3 Lewis warned Kyle that Captain Kerry was on high alert.

How it landed

Kyle kept 'crossing the line' and was asked to resign in ep 3.
