⚓ Fired · Below Deck Adventure Season 1
Captain shows the cowboy the gangway
What went down
After repeated warnings via Lewis, Captain Kerry called Kyle a threat to the crew's safety and gave him the option to resign on the Nov 15 episode (ep 3); he chose to leave. In ep 4 Kerry told the crew he had asked Kyle to resign.
How it landed
On WWHL in Jan 2023, Kerry 'strongly' disagreed that Kyle deserved a second chance.
